Or, the subject could be "Margins going down".  It now seems that the time it takes to 
support/educate the customer about domain names is increasing--renewal scams, 
Verisign's ineptitude, intentionally vague or misleading transfer away confirmations 
from other registrars, etc.  Throw on top of that policing their WHOIS data (because 
they are your customer and they will expect you to look out for their interests, 
whether it is a valid expectation or not) and I wonder when it becomes a loss leader.  
Or, is it already?
