One of the first Cert's we sold is coming up for renewal and the 
customer just told me Entrust had all ready contacted them by email. Is 
there a custom renewal email setting we need to use instead of  having 
Entrust market to our customers. While the email said to contact your 
reseller it only listed tucows.

new registration code, verify it in the space provided on
https://www.certificateregistration.com, select "Renew Your Web
Certificate", and follow the instructions provided.
