Yes Yes...criticism acknowledged.

Admittedly this is not elegant and we will be modifying this process
shortly.

In the meantime, I think the "market to your customers" comment is a little
over-stated. We have constructed the e-mail to be as generic as possible and
all we will do if anyone contacts us is direct them to the reseller through
whom they purchased the original certificate. That said, I acknowledge the
imperfection and we are working to rectify.
