I received this from a customer today:

"Thanks for the prompt response.  I have one more
question.  I spoke with Network Solutions (they are the
actual registrar of somedomain.net, not register.com) and they
told me they have a "30 day backlog" of requests for
transferring domains away from their service.  The
gentleman I spoke with said he would do what he could to
try to get this request processed sooner, but could
guarantee nothing.  Since you probably deal with these
other registrar services more frequently that I do, can
you suggest anything that might help this process along?"

What do we do if the end user isn't getting the emails from Netsol? We have
been getting a lot of Netsol denied transfers lately.
