Mark - email support (address listed at bottom of RWI) about this specific domain. We've had a couple cases of domains transfered and then IMMEDIATELY transfered out. It confuses our system (ya think?) since we sometimes get notification of OUTBOUND before the INBOUND fully completes internally :)
