It happened to us once
- domain transfer completed, we were charged/debited
sometime later domain ended up BACK at Netsol
- OpenSRS compliance investigated and all they could
get was "Netsol requested the domain back" - I guess
loosing registrar CAN request a domain back even
AFTER the domain transfers successfully, again I have
only seen this once in 2 years, but it does happen.
