Hi, Can anyone tell if password emails are stuck and not being sent out?
I have a customer who is trying to find out his password and when he asks for it to be mailed to him, nothing happens. I just triggered his password to be sent using the RWI, and he did not get anything either. I tried sending a password to me for one of my domains and nothing has arrived either. Does this qualify as an "emergency" support item, or will I be charged $100 for paging someone on this one... It's certianly not a "whoa, the world is crashing" emergency, but try telling the customer that it's not a problem... Thanks, -Tim
