Ivan,

You must use the hostname.  .biz and verisign have both sent out letters
(which we've turned around and announced to those affected) regarding IP
only nameservers.  If you're using the "Registry Nameserver" link, you'll be
able to use that nameserver immediately at the registry you created it at...

If you're creating a domain via the Manage interface, you too can use that
nameserver immediately in the registry you've created this in...
