Thanks Chuck... This error seems to happen a lot.. sometimes waiting a min and then resubmitting works fine... other times we have to wait all day slaming the registry with requests that only result in the same error.. Generally it's not much of a problem as .biz has not taken off that well in Australia but it's getting there... people just don't realise that it exists.
If we have continued problems I'll do as you suggest... Thanks again.
