Please Charles!!  I have been testing some competitors and they seem to go
through seamlessly doing queries etc but  seems here lately when I am
registering a domain for a client, I will do it through the site to test it
and it never fails some error comes up from SRS and I have to retry several
times sometimes and alot of surfers would just leave and not retry or bother
writing to us.  If you hold 3 million names right now, without these issues
it would probably be at least 4 million because of keeping people from
moving on somewhere else...
