Steve,

The default settings in our environments is to "Pend" orders.   If you login
to http://resellers-test.opensrs.net with your reseller username/password,
and check under "View Pending Orders", I'm sure you'll see everything there.

You can alter this by going into "Technical Contact Information" -  near the
bottom of that page is the flag to alter the Pending mode.

There is also an API flag you can send with each request (handle =>
process/save) as an attribute of the domain order that will bypass the
system flag.
