Steve,

Check your pending orders in the RWI - most likely you have it set so all
orders
go into pending first. You can change those settings in the RWI in the
profile
section under 'technical contact'.

Hope this helps,

Subject: Problems registering on test environment

Hi,

My appologies if the answer to this problem appears in the FAQs or
archives, but I checked both thoroughly and could not find a solution.

I'm a developer trying to implement the Full Access package. The
verify_install script doesn't indicate any errors in our installation.
Whenever we attempt to register a domain in the test environment, the
program seems to indicate that the registration was successful, but when we
attempt to manage that domain, it doesn't appear to have been registered.
In fact, if we try to register the domain again, the program says that the
domain is available.

I've checked the FAQs and the archives of the mailing list, but could not
find anything related to this issue. I've regenerated the key for the test
environment twice, and I would assume that I would get an error message in
the verify_install script if it was a problem with incorrect data on our
end.

How do I resolve this?

Thanks very much!
-Steve
