Fw: Transfer Request for eohsj.info

Hi, one of our customers is trying to transfer a .info to us and he gets the following message: Could not issue transfer: Unable to process transfer for xxxxx.info: Unable to transfer domain: 2106 2106:Object  is not eligible for transfer (xxxxx.info). Can someone explain what is taking place, thank, Mel
