message means, basically, that the domain is locked or already exists at OpenSRS
(i.e. it was transfered into our system but not yet completed, since we only
complete transfers daily)

Hi, one of our customers is trying to transfer a .info to us and he gets
the following message:
Could not issue transfer: Unable to process transfer for xxxxx.info: Unable
to transfer domain: 2106 2106:Object is not eligible for transfer
(xxxxx.info).
