2 potential reasons

1) NSI bot is broken and they will fix it soon
2) You might be using a mail client that NSI bot cannot parse response

try this: get the client to respond twice or thrice and have him use at
least 2 different mail clients

we just got ours that was generated yesterday
[NIC-020625.9752] Information about your account
so their bot seems to be working right now
