C> Okay, this was my <?> mistake. I'm always getting emails from varisign
C> about something or another about my account, so what I did was delete what
C> I thought was a generic spam, with the subect: Information about your
C> account.

We send our customers that are transfering from verisign something
like this:

A day or so later, Network Solutions will send you an email.
The email will look like an advertisement (SPAM), as they are
trying to trick you into ignoring the message so that you don't reply
to them. You must reply to the Network Solutions' email within 96 hours
of the timestamp. The message will have a from field of:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] The subject will be something like:
[NIC-020612.59d2] Information about your account

Then, you'll need to scroll down in the message to about the middle of
the fourth paragraph and look for a line that is similar to:
[NIC-020612.59d2]:SOMEDOMAIN.COM:572208:TRANSFER=YES
Cut and paste the line into the subject of your reply and simply send
the message back to Network Solutions and cross your fingers that
their process is not broken at the time you send it.

Remember to keep an eye out for the message -- Netsol is trying to trick you
into ignoring them.

regards,
-joe
