I'm assuming this is a .us or a .biz domain?

We log all the lookups done on our system, and about 10% of .us and .biz 
lookups fail with that error, and have for months. The problem, according 
to OpenSRS, is that the Neulevel registry is frequently uncontactable or 
whatever.

I would have thought they could have fixed it by now, but apparently not.

Anyway, wait ten minutes and try it again, and it'll work. (It appears to 
be working right now.)
