I'm assuming this is a .us or a .biz domain? We log all the lookups done on our system, and about 10% of .us and .biz lookups fail with that error, and have for months. The problem, according to OpenSRS, is that the Neulevel registry is frequently uncontactable or whatever. I would have thought they could have fixed it by now, but apparently not.
