YES!! Happened to me... You are probably in trouble for the night as I doubt anyone is monitoring this list this week at night that will make the change for you. It the "Fine Print" of the OpenSRS docs (Customer Service told me.. Haven't looked for it), it stats once you do submit a IP change request, it can take up to 24 hours although I got lucky and it was within a hour....
