This is covered somewhere in the FAQ or the client docu.

Basically this is one layer of security. You cannot authenticate from any IP 
without having specifically told OpenSRS suppor which IP's you will be 
connecting from. Contact support, identify yourself, tell them the old IPs and 
the new IPs and they will action it within 24 hours AFAIK.
