The above is the Verisign *registry* WHOIS not Network Solutions Registrar
WHOIS. If you look at the registrar WHOIS (i.e. where you will find
contact information) you will get the following answer. OpenSRS support
suggested the right thing because they are not the registrar of the domain
in question and the registrar of record WHOIS (NetSol) is required to
supply the contact information.
