Hello,
A client who received a 90 Day renewal email sent me a copy and here's what
it looks like (just the relevant portion):
> Dear {{first_name}} {{last_name}},
>
> Your domain name {{domain}},
Did I do something wrong? I used the same codes that the welcome message
(domain processed) sends out. These fields are listed on their "Helpful
Hints" page (via the RWI). I guess I just assumed that if I inserted the
correct fields to import the First and Last names, as well as the Domain
Name, it would work on all automated emails from Tucows.
So, was I wrong?
And if I'm wrong, can we get this changed?
