cableandwireless.nl does it for: EUR 15.88 (Setup: EUR 11.34) This includes DNS if you like. To register a .NL the DNS for the domain should be working on your nameservers. So if you use your own, set them up before ordering the domain. This is similar the .DE, if I am not mistaken. My experience with them is ok.
