Our system automagically blocks when you reach a specific limit -
the blocking is temporary.

Note that our limits are quite generous, and if you're hitting
those then you may wish to alter the methodology you use to query
(i.e. use a client that queries crsnic first and ONLY query
OpenSRS for the domains you need to, or limiting your own systems
from querying too often).
