Have you received a paper from their attorney stating this. I have had numerous problems with names only to result in them knowing they have no case and are just "Hoping" you give it to them ;o)  Emails and phone talk are cheap ;o)

Subject: Legal notice Received, what do you guys(gals) think???

I have a domain that I use to Sell Legal Kits. I have been doing it for a long time, but then in 2000 I put it under a different
domain, and business name. Not even knowing there was a company out there, that had a name KIND OF similar, but
obviously different out there. Now they want me to cease and desist in doing business, AND transfer the domain to them.

I thought that I could register a domain, even if it was close to someone's TRADEMARKED name, as long as I did not do it
with the sole purpose of trying to sell it to them for a profit? I registred it not even knowing they existed, and I'm using it.

What do you think?

Charles, do you know where at in ICANN's huge site, I can find this information?

Thank you.
Richard.
