One of our customers wants to transfer some .info domains away. His new provider demands the authinfo because he insists that he cannot *start* the transfer without the authinfo. This isn't true, isn't it? A transfer-request should be initiated, then the admin-c email address gets a confirmation request, and THEN the admin-c has to use the authinfo to authorize the transfer. Correct?
