Honestly guys .. why is it everyone wants stuff handed to them on a plate
free gratis, with the least possible effort on their parts?  ;-)

Ok, for those who really can't be bothered to look themselves, here follows but
one simple example to start you off:

http://javascript.internet.com/forms/uk-postcode-validation.html

It works quite well.  Now, there are loads of other examples out there, and hence
my point, why re-invent the wheel?

Consignia?  Well, like any good business ( and that includes TuCows ), they
sell the PAF for dosh.  However, you both conveniently missed my point entirely,
which was, that the PAF like any other system is fluid.  Since Consignia control
the file, its content,  and its format, they are the ones with the updated changes.
You may have noticed that they publish these updates on their site.

I suppose the nitty gritty is  .. can you be really be bothered to check properly
whether your UK Postal Code is indeed a valid one?  If you are dealing with the
Nominet automaton, then the answer should be yes.

Chris.
