Unfortunately, our former supplier, Entrust, insisted on sending renewal messaging directly to your customers. We recommend that you contact your customers ahead of this and ensure that they know that you will complete their renewal for them.
Fortunately, our new supplier, GeoTrust, understands that our resellers must be in control of renewal messaging. We will release the renewal messaging functionality for GeoTrust Certificates in March. As with our other messaging tools, this messaging will be configurable by you.
