How long has it been taking lately for the customer to receive their transfer away confirmation? Registry request date is almost 36 hours ago. Should I be worried?
Is there a way to resend? This domain had a 'no.valid.email', but he changed that before we resubmitted, at least it shows changed in their public WHOIS. Will that still be a problem for us? Jo Shea
