If a domain is 13 days from expiration and you try adding 10 years, that would make the term 10 years, 13 days and the registry doesn't like that.

If someone wants to renewal for 10 years, our system adds the number of years to get them just below the 10 year limit and then records a note to add the remaining years(s) that is activated after the domain anniversary date.
