All transfers from non-opensrs registrars to opensrs trigger an additional 1 year add on. Thus the $10. I can't remember if the same trigger occurs when transferring between opensrs resellers. Either way, the fee gives your customer another year on their domain,... which ain't nothin'. gotta love double negatives.
