Yes, normally you'd simply create a new profile, and push the domain
into that profile. Or, alternatively you can change the WHOIS
information to that of the buyer, and keep it in your own existing
profile, BUT DO NOT SEND THEM THE PASSWORD (otherwise they'd have
access to all your domains). Then, once they've confirmed the sale and
you've received funds, they can transfer the name to their own
registrar of choice (you'd be responsible for any renewal fees, or
could invoice them).

I'd recommend not giving them the admin username/password, and push the
name to a new profile with their WHOIS, but retaining control of the
name in case you don't receive payment. It requires trust on their
part, though. It depends if you've got a good enough reputation with
them that they'd give that trust. Keep the name under Domain Lock, too,
until you have secured funds, so that they can't initiate a transfer,
and renege on payment.

I've suggested in the past that it might be a nice profit center for
Tucows/OpenSRS to do some escrow work on the side. Could conceivably
charge less than Escrow.com, and also be more assured about the
transfer, as they are the registrar for the domains (and could do
domain lock, etc. to protect buyers and sellers). They'd have a good
audit trail of changes to the domain records, in the event of a
dispute.

Sincerely,
