Hi all, I have a few questions about DNS, hope they aren't too stupid. :) If a client changes the authoritative nameservers on a domain, how long does it typically take to show up in tucow's whois?
Does the change show up in whois before or after the root servers get updated? Do the root servers still only get updated twice a day? If so, is it 5 am and 5pm GMT?
