I am relatively new here and am transferring my domains from Network
Solutions little by little. Almost every time, Network Solutions
declines the transfer for no good reason (by their own admittance)
and many of the times either I or my customers did not receive the
confirmation email from them.
As if this is not bad enough, I just received notice that 2 of my
domain names were requested to be transferred back TO Network
Solutions without my knowledge, permission, or otherwise.
When I went to
https://rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net/transfers/index.cgi?away=1 to decline
the orders, I got the following message:
"Error
The error which occurred was:
Though you declined this transfer request, an error was encountered
while attempting to process it. Please contact NETHOLLYWOOD to check
the status of your transfer. Error: Unable to approve or cancel the
domain's transfer away: 534 Domain name has not been flagged for
transfer"
Had I not received this email, the transfer may have gone through
after 5 days according to the message.
What's up with this?
Btw, there's a web hosting company in Texas who I have filed criminal
complaints against the owner and his attorney/mother with an OSC
hearing set this month. I need to find out if they are somehow
behind this.
