Not moderated, but there's some noise in the list (bad subscribers, slow
MXs, etc) that we haven't tweaked in a while to smooth things out.  Normally
the whole subscriber list is distributed within 30 minutes.

I get the first message (always), and not until about 5 minutes after it's
originally posted (time for the message to get from me, to the mailservers,
yada yada, majordomo to do it's thing and start sending to sendmail).

Maybe it's time to tweak again..... (later I suppose)
