Well I for one am happy to see him go.

I mean, you really knew him primarily from his emails. I had to sit next to
him for almost two years. And if you could bear the smell surely the
constant whining (no wait, "whining" is too generous, "sniveling", yes
"sniveling" is more appropriate) would certainly turn you off.

Of course I have been guilty in the past of using hostility to mask sadness.

from an old play i heard just recently: "You can never guarantee you'll
succeed but you can guarantee that you deserve to succeed". You're a great
character that deserves all the personal success that can result from this
new move.
