I'm quite sure all the members of this list feel disappointed that we'll no
longer have Chuck to send his speedy replies to our problems. I'm really
happy to hear he is not just 'jumping ship' though and I'm QUITE sure he
will make a fantastic teacher. I wish you all the best!
However, unlike Phillip, I have had MANY pleasant experiences dealing with
the other staff at Tucows as well. I can't remember all their names
offhand, but I certainly can't thank Erol enough for his very friendly tech
support in the past as well as Kim Lerch who was a great help to me many
times. In fact, I can recall only one person who I found a little "chilly"
in their dealings with me, not that he was rude, merely very 'to the point'
in responding to my questions. Perhaps we all just feel we know Chuck more
than most of the other staff because he is so visible on this list. I can
assure you there are lots of other less visible staff that are doing great
work also :-) Thanks to all of you!
