OK I'll start from the top :)

We registered a domain a week ago, created 2 hostnames in manage.opensrs
with individual IP addresses and then pointed the domain at them in
manage.opensrs, no problem, domain works fine, let's call it domain1.com.
Two days later the guy registers another domain, domain2.com and wants to
point it at domain1.coms name servers, every time we try we get:

Unable to update nameservers: Command failed: unable to verify existence of
nameserver ns.domain1.com

Now it exists in manage.opensrs, it is being used by domain1.com and the
zone files/reverses exist etc and both are opensrs domains, so why won't it
work.

A day later we get a support call from another customer, he registered a new
domain and when trying to change the name servers it will accept his
ns.dom.com but not ns2.dom.com both are created in manage.opensrs and both
are being used by other opensrs domains. He gets the same error.

Later that same day another customer has the same problem with name servers
that are created and in use.

So what's going on? I have opened tickets with opensrs but 3 days later
still no reply from them, any help appreciated, as customer 1 is coming up
to a week without it working. I can't see any errors made in the host name
creation and like I said they are working for other domains just not these.
Customer 3 did receive a reply from opensrs saying the problem was easily
solved and get in touch with us, I wish!

Regards

Gary
