Hi D.,

Providing the passwords is something I welcome. We maintain a local database
and echo the username & password in it, as well as maintain our own client to
integrate our own DNS, email & hosting.

There are scenarios however where the local username & password get out of sync.

If the registrant logs in to their account on manage.opensrs.net & changes the
password, your local information will be out of date. If the client logs in via
your site & changes their password while a domain in their account is in
transfer, when the domain completes, it will have the password at time of order.

I always found it awkward to have to send the client an email with their
password & have to ask they ehco this back. Also makes for more support work
that could be avoided.

Doug.
