I don't, but would be very interested in sharing any info we can gather
on this. My contributions:

        (com|int|gov|mil|net|org).ar
        (am|com|coop|edu|fm|g12|gov|mil|net|org|psi|tv).br
        (*|ab|bc|qc|mb|nb|nf|nl|ns|nt|nu|on|pe|qc|sk|yt).ca
        (ac|co|ltd|gov|mod|net|nhs|org|plc|police|sch).uk
        (com|edu|gob|net|org).mx
        (ac|co|cri|gen|govt|iwi|mil|net|org|school|maori).nz

The * in the .CA list is just to indicate that you can have a FOO.CA
domain. The lack of * in the other lists means that you can't have a
FOO.NZ domain; it has to be FOO.CO.NZ, e.g..

Oh, and all the above comes from digging through the websites of the
official registrars for those countries (like the CIRA-equivalent).
