pre-registrations are currently available through the RWI. Please ensure two
things:
1) You
have sent in the contract and received your confirmation email on the enabling
of this TLD for your account.
2) You
have .CN queuing enabled. This service is defaulted to NO
which you can modify though the Requests
Queuing section, then click settings, in the
RWI.
These
orders should then work without problem. If these suggestions do not solve
your issues, please email me off list with your username and further details and
I will look into it for you.
