If he also confirrms our losing registrant notification, the we will
pass that reply on to the registry shortly after we received it.

It will be reflected after the following whois update. So more like
one day ;-)

Which means that we will let the registrant go in any case, even if
they don't reply to our mail. This will happen about 5 days after we
sent the mail.
