Yes - here is instructions we give to our clients
STEP 1
go to http://www.networksolutions.com
Verisign should have sent your account ID and password upon confirmation
that your domain was registered with them - seach your email archive
If you cannot find it you may look around the login area there for a
link or a paragraph that would guide you what to do if you lost your
login info

Also as a preemptive action take a note of their toll free number and
hours and if you have to call them, do so as early or as late in the
service hours so you do not have to stay on hold for 45 minutes

If you call them regarding account login also ask how to retrieve the
authorization code for .info domain

STEP 2
If customer follows the step one, he/she will first receive from
Verisign
something like this:

The account login for ---customersdomain.info--- is 0000000 and the
password is 0O0o0O.
The authorization code will be sent to in a few days.

STEP3
About 6 or so days later the customer should receive from Network
Solutions the following message
Account number: 0000000
Password: 0O0o0O
Per your request, here is the auth code for the following domain names:
Domain Name: customersdomain.info ooo0000 <---- this is the special
AUTH code
Thank you for contacting Network Solutions.

If customer does not receive the above email, they need to call netsol
again and request it again.

Done
It took about 6 days, the key is for customer tall call Network
Solutions toll free, in early or late hours and ask for the special
authorization code for domain transfer to be emailed to their admin
email address, if they get some silly answers, that means that the
particular NetSol rep is not knowledgeable - then your customer should
ask to be transferred to a second level support or simply hang up and
try this call again till they get someone who knows about transfer AUTH
codes for biz/info/us domains

cheers
Genie
