When you log into the RWI or reseller interface, scroll down to the last box on the page and click the  "Technical Contact Info" link.
 
The settings are near the bottom of this page in a gray field.

how do I set it so domains automatically process and do not go into a pending state?  is this a setting in the RWI or client side?
