Hmmm. Again, I'd be interested to hear if OpenSRS compliance actually feels that they will not honor an additional contract provision that gives resellers the right to "repossess" domains in given circumstances. The default registry-registrar contract and OpenSRS policy is one thing (and I agree with your interpretation of it), but additional contract provisions that the registrant freely enters into with the reseller are another matter.
