I would like to suggest, that Tucows will offer in future a 'Trouble ticket email system' for the resellers in addition to normal email accounts. Some time ago I tried f.ex. the email system at register.com to obtain the 'auth code' for a domain.
My team has noodled the idea a few times in the past - we're always looking at "what to do next" - I'd definitely be inclined take another look at putting this into the NSE program this if there was a favorable reaction here.
There are some interesting challenges that we'd have to address, but nothing insurmountable - and certainly, our data management model lends itself to this type of an application.
