I would like to suggest, that Tucows will offer in future a
'Trouble ticket email system' for the resellers in addition to
normal email accounts.
Some time ago I tried f.ex. the email system at register.com
to obtain the 'auth code' for a domain.
I think for resellers it would be a great improvement, to be able to
correspont with their customers with such a system.
All requests from the customer together with the replies by the support
are stored in an online interface.
I suppose that register.com is also using a small db with standard
replies, which would be very agreable for ourselfs.
Also I like the feature used in other trouble ticket systems to get a
final email from the support after f.ex. 3 days, whether there is still
any problem/whether the problem has been resolved.
