Since Verisign’s unannounced and unilateral introduction of changes to 
the DNS system for .com and .net, Tucows has been engaged in a number 
of initiatives to resolve this problem.  On 26 September 2003, our 
Resellers’ were asked to fill out a short questionnaire assessing the 
impact of Verisign’s actions.  The results were used in our 
submissions to ICANN and ICANN’s Security and Stability Committee.


It's only a small annoyance and started a few months ago, but I think it 
should be easy to fix it. I assume the person typing those updates uses a 
sign which isn't ASCII, possibly. He should use the single mark: ' not ´ 
or whatever he's using.
