I am sorry about that. It seems to be an oddity caused by an upgrade to
the operating software in my computer. I usually put it into plain text
before I send them out trying to remove it - but it clearly is not
working.

I will try something else. By the way - it doesn't show up in the copy
sent to my email address by the LRU system - so I don't know it is
happening unless someone points it out.

Thanks

Subject: small typing glitch in the latest Reseller Updates

>From the latest Reseller Update:

Since Verisign’s unannounced and unilateral introduction of changes to

the DNS system for .com and .net, Tucows has been engaged in a number
of initiatives to resolve this problem. On 26 September 2003, our
Resellers’ were asked to fill out a short questionnaire assessing the
impact of Verisign’s actions. The results were used in our
submissions to ICANN and ICANN’s Security and Stability Committee.

It's only a small annoyance and started a few months ago, but I think it

should be easy to fix it. I assume the person typing those updates uses
a
sign which isn't ASCII, possibly. He should use the single mark: ' not ´

or whatever he's using.
