Thanks, Ben, (and everyone else who gave the same advice.) Sounds like the right information. My customer called Register.com, and they told him this: "We'll get the request from OpenSRS, and we'll send you a verification form". Sounds like they're not caught up yet. (If anyone knows of a magic hidden URL for either Register.com or Dotster that kicks out the auth_code, I'd love to hear about it. Otherwise I'll assume that the next few .org transfers are going to be painful.) -Bill
