Though I find the new Helpcenter interface less than useless, this is one of the most frequently asked questions there - according to the 10 second search I just did. I already knew the answer, but I wanted to see how hard it was to find. Not hard - even with the horrible Helpcenter interface. Anyway, here it is: Q:How do I get my Authorization Code? A:An authorization code is required when transfering .biz, .info, .us, .cn, .name and .org domains from one registrar to another. The transfer authorization code is created at the time of registration and can be obtained from the current registrar for your domain. If your domain is currently registered with Tucows through one of our Tucows Resellers, your transfer authorization code can be found in the "Domain Extras" section of your Resellers Management Interface or https://manage.opensrs.net. Additionally, your Tucows Reseller can email the transfer authorization code (as well as the domain's login information) to the administrative contact email address on file.
